She will take time to make patients feel comfortable and informed. I did not get the name of the young lady at the front desk, but she was also friendly and accommodating. Overall, a great experience, and I left my carcinoma in a specimen bottle, safely away from me.

My most recent visit was a last minute work in.
I fell on a sharp object and needed immediate attention.
Had I gone to the ER, or any other doctor, I'm not sure they would have handled my care better, or more quickly than Laura Bush did.

I later learned she was leaving early that day to catch a flight to DC. The fact that she saw my need, and worked me in immediately was above and beyond. Her knowledge is amazing.

I was pleased with last visit. Reasonable wait in waiting rooms. Very good patient care - little/no pain or discomfort in removing the skin cancer from head. I was not told of a follow up visit even though there are still 2-3 places that need to be removed. Pretty sure at least 2 others will need same treatment. They are very “patient friendly”. That means they’re attentive to what a patient needs and also tries to anticipate their needs. If they can. I am a paraplegic and had to go into a room that they didn’t use too much . They took the time to clean the room out and set it up so I could get in and get examined. I live 92 miles away and have not found a new Dr yet so I keep coming to Fayetteville because of Ms Bush. She rescued my opinion of yesterday's visit.
I told the person that made my appt that I had multiple concerns, one being areas on my scalp that have been cancerous in the past.
The nurse that checked me in was rude and insisted that I could only be seen for one issue. She said I only had a 10 minute appt not a 30 minute appt. When did time start being used over a patient's need?!?
Ms Bush ended up seeing me for 2 of my issues. Thank goodness!
I made a follow-up appt but will be looking for a Dr closer to where I live.
I will truly miss Laura. She has always been professional, kind and considerate to me. You should never let her go. She may be what is holding the practice together.
