I was actually taken back to a room before my appointment time. The nurse asked me all the appropriate questions and Laura Bush came in and examined me by my appointment time. I had no issues and setup my regular appointment for September 2026.

The staff went above and beyond for my procedure. They spent several days attempting to contact the eye specialist doctor’s office to set up the completion of my procedure. They even tried attempting them after office hours and on the weekend and even the morning of my appointment. The Ocular office had left me a message prior to all these phone calls saying they had cancelled my procedure. Dr. Sandwich’s office, staff, and Dr. Sandwich explained to me the morning of my procedure what the options were. I had already secured time off from work for my recovery time and did not want to reschedule the appointment. We went ahead with the procedure and everything went well. Wait time is always a concern here. Even though you may be put in a room relatively quickly, you are sitting there waiting for anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour before you are seen. They always seem to be rushed but do their best to take care of your concerns. It’s a little annoying to have something found that they want to biopsy but you need another appointment to have that done sometimes.

My most recent visit was a last minute work in.
I fell on a sharp object and needed immediate attention.
