I have been a patient of Dr. Sandwich for 20+ years. In the past year I have had two surgeries in the office, both top-notch experiences. My appointment time was honored with a minimal wait in the reception area. All staff were courteous and efficient. The nurse and nurse assistants explained what they were doing and what my experience would be like with the surgical prep. Everyone was caring and called me by my name. Dr. Sandwich was his usual cordial and pleasant self. He explained what he was doing and kept me engaged throughout the surgery. The surgery was a success and margins were clear. Post-op instructions were clear. The practice valued my time and valued me as a person. It was a wonderful experience.

I left my dermatologist (MD) because she never addressed all of my skin concerns and encouraged me to keep using something that was literally stripping away the moisture from my skin. After reading Laura’s reviews, I gave her a try, and so happy I did! She takes her time to address every issue, and while science is sometimes trial and error, she doesn’t give up. She takes her time, listens, assesses, and addresses the issues. Then she follows up to see how things are coming along. Also, my questions always get answered either in person or by phone. She did the analgesia. Then Brittany Chitwood, a PA, is also wonderful. She is very bright, knowledgeable re: her specialty, and very attentive to questions. She will take time to make patients feel comfortable and informed. I did not get the name of the young lady at the front desk, but she was also friendly and accommodating. Overall, a great experience, and I left my carcinoma in a specimen bottle, safely away from me.

My most recent visit was a last minute work in.
I fell on a sharp object and needed immediate attention.
Had I gone to the ER, or any other doctor, I'm not sure they would have handled my care better, or more quickly than Laura Bush did.
Not only did the PA work me in, she took care of me in a timely manner.
I later learned she was leaving early that day to catch a flight to DC. The fact that she saw my need, and worked me in immediately was above and beyond. Her knowledge is amazing.

Dr Bush is a great doctor, and that staff is excellent as well. However the practice is over aggressive regarding patient case loads. It has gotten progressively worse over the last few years. This puts everyone in a huge rush to get in and out, providing very little time to be thorough and answer questions.
