I left my dermatologist (MD) because she never addressed all of my skin concerns and encouraged me to keep using something that was literally stripping away the moisture from my skin. She did the analgesia. Then Brittany Chitwood, a PA, is also wonderful. She is very bright, knowledgeable re: her specialty, and very attentive to questions. She will take time to make patients feel comfortable and informed. I did not get the name of the young lady at the front desk, but she was also friendly and accommodating. Overall, a great experience, and I left my carcinoma in a specimen bottle, safely away from me.

My most recent visit was a last minute work in.
I fell on a sharp object and needed immediate attention.
Had I gone to the ER, or any other doctor, I'm not sure they would have handled my care better, or more quickly than Laura Bush did.
Not only did the PA work me in, she took care of me in a timely manner.
I later learned she was leaving early that day to catch a flight to DC. The fact that she saw my need, and worked me in immediately was above and beyond. Her knowledge is amazing.

I was not told of a follow up visit even though there are still 2-3 places that need to be removed. Pretty sure at least 2 others will need same treatment. I am a paraplegic and had to go into a room that they didn’t use too much . They took the time to clean the room out and set it up so I could get in and get examined. The PA Laura Bush is a very kind soul. She is caring and compassionate and knowledgeable about my issues. She had to perform a biopsy today, and I didn't feel any bit of pain. She is the 3rd doctor I've seen for this issue and she is getting things healed a lot further than others. I would recommend this practice to everyone.

I live 92 miles away and have not found a new Dr yet so I keep coming to Fayetteville because of Ms Bush. She rescued my opinion of yesterday's visit.
I told the person that made my appt that I had multiple concerns, one being areas on my scalp that have been cancerous in the past.
The nurse that checked me in was rude and insisted that I could only be seen for one issue. She said I only had a 10 minute appt not a 30 minute appt. When did time start being used over a patient's need?!?
Ms Bush ended up seeing me for 2 of my issues. Thank goodness!
I made a follow-up appt but will be looking for a Dr closer to where I live.
I will truly miss Laura. She has always been professional, kind and considerate to me. You should never let her go. She may be what is holding the practice together.
